Michiana Covenant Youth
The Michiana Covenant Church Youth Group focuses on three things: Bible study (growing in our relationship with God), fun activities (growing in our relationships with one another), and service projects (learning how to reach out to our church family and world). Studies have been held on the Lord’s Prayer, and the Beatitudes. The group has also gone bowling; raised money for a charity through a carwash and visited a nursing home. The MCC youth group seeks to be involved with the rest of the church, and regularly includes older and younger members in its activities. Meetings are held every other week at the church building or at a member’s home. Our leaders are Nate and Marcie Kloosterman.
The MCC youth group aims to prepare youth for adulthood and encourage them to go above and beyond the low expectations set by our culture and “do hard things.”
